Bethany Oaks is a development of ten independent living cottages Built in 2006. There are five spacious, semi-detached blocks built around landscaped gardens adjacent to the Bethany residential home. All accommodation on the ground floor is level entry and consists of a lounge/dining room, sunroom, kitchen, bedroom and shower room.
Upstairs is a bedroom with en-suite bathroom, primarily intended for visiting family although accommodation has been designed to be completely flexible, depending on the requirements of the purchaser. There is a large Storage attic accessible by a door from the upstairs bedroom.
The cottages are offered for sale at market value, when they become available. To satisfy the original planning consents they are sold on a buy back basis as they must remain under the umbrella of the Bethany Care Trust. The properties are completely independent of Bethany but services can be provided if required.
