The ‘Bethany Care Trust’ (Charitable Incorporated Organisation) is registered with the Charities Commission No 1191545. The Trust is also registered with the Care Quality Commssion as a ‘Registered Provider’ and is ultimately responsible for the care of the residents in Bethany Care Home.

The body of Trustees give voluntarily of their time, meeting regularly to discuss the affairs of the Trust and visit the home on a monthly basis to carry out inspections. Some of the trustees visit frequently to take devotional services in the lounge and visit the residents.
